i immediately go silent when something upsets me. it's a coping mechanism i have developed over time. instead of expressing my anger or frustration, i simply withdraw and try to process my emotions in private. i prefer handling my problems on my own
I do that to, im sure its not a healthy thing todo.
Espacially not when in a relationship with someone who probably cares about your emotions - but when you are still unsure about the feeling you feel or dont know if your "rightfully" hurt i always feel like its the healthier option than to express something that is just in the spur of the moment and not the actual feeling i have about "it"
